“Oh you who believe, Answer the call of Allah & His Messenger to that which gives you life”.(8:24)

The recent events of the state of emergency in Pakistan serve yet as another example to the Muslim Ummah of the treacherous ways of the despotic regimes to gain control of the masses using fear tactics. In front of the Muslim Ummah, once again Musharraf demonstrates his obedience to his masters in the White House. By putting alert that “Muslim extremists are on every city poised to strike at any moment” shows his agenda to keep away the sincere Muslims from implementing the sharee’ah, under the pretext taught by his master Bush “Islam=Terrorism” He is trying to please his master to hold his seat by paying the price with the blood of the Muslims of Pakistan. Allah azza wajaal warns us again and again,

“O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists, etc.) as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism, this Qur'ân, and Muhammad(saw)).”(60:1)

”And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your DEEN (Islâmic Monotheism) if they can.”(2:217)

The Muslims of Pakistan and the Ummah in general have forgotten as to why Pakistan was formed. It was formed to serve as an Islamic land where Islam would be the law of the land. When Muslims migrated from India to form Pakistan, it was the same as the Muhajiroun leaving from Makkah to Medina in order to establish a land based on peace and upholding the law of Allah s.w.t. The difference of the Muhajiroun of Medina and the Muhajiroun who formed Pakistan was that the leader of the Muhajiroun of Medina was sincere in the cause of Allah and to establish His deen while the leader of the Muhajiroun of Pakistan was a sellout for the British who used Islam to make their followers heed to his plans.

We have been seeing the same ever since Musharraf took power of Pakistan,an ignorant fasiq who steps into the platform to control the Islamic agenda of Pakistan to guide them into the future. This recent event shows his failure to guide the Muslims of Pakistan out of the hole he dug for them. He was never sincere to his own people, as the world have witnessed to his bloodshed in the Lal Masjid, Waziristaan, and the tribal area on the border of Afghanistan. He was never sincere to Islam as he himself said that he would not rule by the Sharee’ah in Pakistan. And now we witness the collapse of his regime in front of our eyes.

On the other hand, the Muslims of Pakistan should not be deceived by Bhutto’s slogans who is another puppet of the US & British. She is a known criminal. How many times does it take for the Muslims to realize that people such as Bhutto (who is supported by the US & British because she agreed to do favors against Islam to them) will never be on their real cause to elevate their status, and bring them prosperity? She is another example of a British & American slave who ‘looks like us but acts like them’. “A believer is not bitten from the same hole twice.” (Related by Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Ahmad, Abu Dawood and Ibn Majah). In this case, Muslims have been deceived too many times. It’s time we learn a lesson that those who ally with the kuffar will never be on the side to help the Muslims. We Muslims cannot accept less than Islam in its totality. How could a sane Muslim pay heed to the slogans of Democracy/Capitalism that is absolute SHIRK!

This is a great opportunity for the Muslims in Pakistan to rise up and unite under the cause of Islam, grasp hold of the turmoil, and implement the sharee’ah of Allah which has been neglected for so many years. This is a great opportunity for the Pakistani Army to support the cause of Islam, leave the orders of their generals, and take part in the revolution to establish the Khilafah back on the earth. Pakistan has the great opportunity to unite the whole Muslim Ummah and become the beacon of light to guide the Ummah under the Khaleef.

We call upon you to direct all your efforts towards establishing the Khilafah and furthermore emulate the method of RasulAllah(saw) through which he(saw) was able to establish the first Islamic State in Madinah. This Shar’i methodology entails building public opinion for the implementation of Islam through intellectual and political struggle, to mobilize the people through political awareness and demanding unconditional support for the implementation of Islam from the people of power by convincing them. And after all, we ask Allah azza wajal to accept the giving of this advice and to grant all of us the tawfeek to implement Islam through the establishment of the Khilafah in Pakistan inshAllah.

A recent matter that we would like to clarify on the media is that an article was written by NY Times which mentioned our name. In the article it mentioned that a Muslim who runs the blog "InshAllahShaheed" was a member of the Islamic Thinkers Society and that he supposedly 'disbanded' us. Quote from the NY Times Article "He also befriended members of the Islamic Thinkers Society, a tiny group that promotes radical, nonviolent Islam by leafleting in Times Square and Jackson Heights, Queens."

We just want to clarify so that things are in its proper perspective. Although we do have members and supporters all over the world, the brother "InshAllahShaheed" was never a member of Islamic Thinkers Society, therefore he cannot 'befriend' those he had never been with. HOWEVER, there is one thing and that he was a follower of the jama'ah(group) of ahlus sunnah which we, the Islamic Thinkers Society are also a follower of. The jama'ah(group) of ahlus sunnah isn't a particular group. "Ahlus sunnah" is a terminology used to describe the first three generations that lived after our beloved prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) which includes his family, his companions, the children of his companions, and the children of the children of his companions. And we are followers of their teachings, and so is brother InshAllahShaheed, along with many Muslims around the world. Let that be lesson for the non-Muslims to learn. We both share the same understanding of Islam which makes us brothers in faith and masha'Allah to brother inshAllahShaheed for taking on this understanding which is the understanding of the salaf, which is the understanding of fearing Allah s.w.t. only and to speak the haqq(truth) wherever and in whatever capacity it may be as long as Allah(praise be to Him alone) wills.

So remind them (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)), you are only a one who reminds.

And when a community among them said: "Why do you preach to a people whom Allāh is about to destroy or to punish with a severe torment?" (The preachers) said: "In order to be free from guilt before your Lord (Allāh), and perhaps they may fear Allāh." (7:164)

And when it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "We are only peacemakers."
Verily! They are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not.
And when it is said to them: "Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad Peace be upon him, Al-Ansâr and Al-Muhajirûn) have believed," they say: "Shall we believe as the fools have believed?" Verily, they are the fools, but they know not. [Quran 2:11-13]

As Americans prepare to mourn the loss of three thousand plus civilians on September 11th. We call attention again this year to the utter hypocrisy and despicable exceptionalism displayed by these ignorant, patriotic buffoons. It is in fact, U.S. government and military terrorism that has directly slaughtered literally millions of civilian people in the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Russia (the civil war, 1918-1920), Japan, France, Germany, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Panama, Grenada, Libya, Lebanon, Iraq, Sudan, Afghanistan, Somalia, Bosnia and Yugoslavia. In addition, the terrorist U.S. military and CIA have trained armed, funded, provided intelligence and direct military support for fascist puppet-regimes and right-wing death-squads around the world. America's servant-states have carried out appallingly vicious campaigns of state terrorism. With the direct support of the U.S. government they have committed the torture and genocide of additional millions of helpless, civilian people in Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Haiti, Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil, China, the Philippines, East Timor, Indonesia, the Congo, Angola, Zaire, Mozambique, Palestine, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Iraq, Pakistan and Iran .

For more than 80 years have seen pained heartache for the Muslim Ummah, who from a leading nation have digressed to an oppressed and enslaved people, more than ONE Billion. From the holy lands of Al-Quds, to the freezing terrain of Chechnya, to the beautiful hills of Kashmir, to the beautiful seas of the Balkans and now the deserts full of black gold in Iraq have all been occupied by the enemies of Allah (SWT). The heart aches and the soul yearns for the situation of the Muslim Ummah to change. The present generation of the Ummah knows no difference and the Kuffar attempt to portray us as such a weak nation. Our sisters cry at being dishonored at the hands of the Kuffar, yet their screams go unheard, our children enslaved to boost the economies of the Kuffar and our brothers killed and imprisoned for trying to ensure that the law of Allah (SWT) is implemented.

The Obligation of Fasting

It is only when Allah(swt) revealed the Ayah, "O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that they may learn self restraint", (2: 183) fasting was made obligatory.
Another Ayah that emphasizes this obligation is: "Ramadan is the month in which we sent down the Quran, as a guide to mankind, also clear (signs) for guidance and Judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during the month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill or on a journey, the prescribed period (should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you; he dose not want to put you difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and glorify Him in that he has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful"(2 : 185)

In the month of Ramadhan we notice that the Muslims in different places in the world begin to fast on different days and finish the fast on different days. These differences are artificially imposed by the corrupted puppet Kafir Regimes are ruling thought their name may sound Muslim for the command of Allah (SWT) came clearly to all believers without differentiation:
“O you Who believe! Fasting was prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you may (learn) self-restraint”[2: 183].

"Ramadan is the month in which the Qur'an was revealed as a guidance for mankind, the clear proof." [TMQ2:185]

This verse of the Qur'an comes after the verses commanding us to fast and describes how the Qur'an is a guidance not only for Muslims but also for the whole of mankind. Yet every Ramadan, the Unity of the Muslims becomes an issue as differences arise regarding the sighting of the moon to begin and end the month of Ramadan. On a wider scale, this raises very fundamental questions about the unity of the Ummah as a whole. Our belief in Islam requires us to accept that Islam provides solutions to all our problems, be they of an individual, social or a political nature. In Surah Ambiya, Allah (SWT) says:

“Verily this Ummah of yours (O Muhammad) is one Ummah so do Ibadah-submission, surrender, obedience, follow and worship me alone.” [TMQ 21:91]

As this blessed month has come, feelings of virtue within Muslims arise, and they look to Allah (SWT) that He may bestow upon us and the Islamic Ummah guidance and help to achieve good deeds, and honor us with His victory, and make all our actions committed for His sake alone. Muslims listen to lectures and sermons about fasting, prayer, making Umarah, zakat, du'aa, istighfar, morals and about other Islamic - concepts. These are all part of Islam and they are all necessary, but there is another very important part of Islam, which you very rarely hear about, and even when you do hear about it, you listen to an incomplete or a misinterpreted speech. It is the part of Islam related to the function of the government or the ruling authority. This is not limited to one country alone. It is unfortunately the same in all the Muslim countries. Allah (SWT) says," Whoever does not govern (rule) with what Allah has revealed, those are the disbelievers.'(5:44)
It is therefore, clear that the matter is very serious, and of a very dangerous nature, because this issue could take a person from the Ummah of Islam to the Ummah of Kufr. So who are those rulers upon whom this verse applies, and under what case and what circumstance does the ruler become Kafir? There are other verses that come in the same context such as:
"Whoever does not govem (rule) with what Allah has revealed, those are the Zalim (the oppressors), "(5:45)
"Whoever does not govern (rule) with what Allah has revealed, those are the fasiq (the evildoers) ".(5:47)

Listen to his apologetic response in which he could not even defend his own Muslim brother. Instead of defending Siraj Wahhaj, he stays silent as the accusations on Siraj Wahhaj is thrown in front of him which is a sign of consent. One wonders how he became a self-renowned leader of the Muslim Community of New York.

It's sad to see such a pathethic character representing Islam here in New York.

Not to mention also that he
1. Encourages Muslims to spy on one another. *
2. Encourages Muslims to hand their fellow brothers to the Kufr Authority. *
3. He also informed the Muslim community leaders to ban the Islamic Thinkers Society from getting venues for any of the Masajjid which is equivalent to kicking fellow Muslims out of the masajjid. One can refer to the two articles he wrote on Daily News.

May Allah s.w.t. cleanse this Ummah of ill-speaking munafiqoon and May He replace them with true scholars & leaders who are not afraid to speak the truth even if it's bitter. Those who heal the breasts of the believers and are the voice of the weak & oppressed of the Ummah.
