Demonstration Against The Butcherer of Gaza: Gabi Ahkenazi

On March 9 there will be a $1000-a-plate fundraising dinner for the Israeli Occupation Forces, which murdered 1,400 Palestinians, including more than 400 children, in Gaza last year.
The criminal Gabi Ashkenazi, Chief of IDF General Staff, will be there.
I.T.S. will be there on the scheduled demonstration against the War Criminal Gabi Ashkenazi.

The 3rd of March 1924 was the catastrophic day when the light of Islam was extinguished and it's implementation was taken from our lives. It was the very day that the Muslim Ummah became bare and defenseless against the kuffar onslaught. It is to that day that the kuffar can look back and rejoice for the last 100 years of unfettered domination and exploitation of this once much envied and feared Ummah which was ruling by Islam and spreading Allah's (SWT) divine message to humanity.
Help free a fellow Muslim Prisoner. Follow up your du'a with actions by partaking in this proactive campaign to Free Tarek Mehanna.
It is crucially important that we keep up the pressure on the federal prosector’s office. Tarek’s next hearing date is not currently known, but we can begin our phone-call, letter/fax, and delegation campaign with full force now.

1) On Mon Feb 22nd and Wed Feb 24th, call the office of Assistant U.S. Attorney and federal prosecutor Aloke Chakravarty at617-748-3658 (phone) to voice your outrage at Tarek’s arrest and demand an end to the proceedings against him (see below for talking points (link in blue) and details).
2) On Tues Feb 23rdand Thurs Feb 25thfax a letter expressing your outrage at the federal harrassment and illegitimate proceedings against Tarek to Assistant U.S. Attorney and federal prosecutor Aloke Chakravarty 617-748-3664 (fax). (See below for details).
3) On Fri Feb 26th, join a regional call for delegations to the prosecutor’s office (see below for details)

This is your opportunity to take a stand against political targeting of Muslims and stand for freedom of speech. When calling, ask to speak with Mr. Chakravarty and if told that you cannot speak with him, ask to leave a message for him and request that it be read back to you and request a reply. We encourage you to write your own letter if possible, but if you are unable to do so, please see sample letter and talking points below.
We also urge you to make copies of the sample letter and distribute it at local events for mass faxing.
Please fax the letter to 617-748-3664 and cc (by e-mail) to Tarek Mehanna’s Defense Committee at and let us know if we can post your letter.

On Fri Feb 26th, we are calling on all supporters and organizers to form Tarek Mehanna Defense delegations to voice your concerns and outrage at the federal harrassment and illegitimate proceedings against Tarek Mehanna.
If you plan a delegation, please let us know when you plan to go and the number of supporters you anticipate so we can coordinate activities throughout the day.
If you are unable to coordinate a delegation or go to the Prosecutor’s office yourself on Feb 26th, we encourage you to call the office instead on those dates. Please e-mail the defense committee as to what happens with your delegation.
SUGGESTED TALKING POINTS FOR DELEGATIONS , PHONE CAMPAIGN, AND LETTERS
1) Briefly state your concerns regarding the illegitimate arrest of Mr. Mehanna:
The FBI has targeted Tarek Mehanna for one reason only: because he refused to cooperate with the FBI in targeting other Muslims.
The FBI threatened Mr. Mehanna with terrorism charges if he refused to 'cooperate.'
Reassert your belief that this is a political arrest and an attempt to intimidate the Muslim community.
2) Ask why Tarek was arrested and detained in solitary confinement on new charges in the absence of any new evidence over the past year. He has not violated his parole.
3) How much longer do they intend to waste taxpayer’s money and drag out this illegitimate proceeding?
4) Demand that they end the illegitimate proceedings against Tarek Mehanna.
5) Point out that this month marks the one year anniversary of the legal proceedings against the federal prosecutor and assistant US attorney Suzanne Sullivan for misconduct and it is our sincere hope that Mr. Chakravarty does not plan to follow in her footsteps.
Does man think with his brain or the heart? This is a discussion that was a matter of controversy between Ahl al Sunnah wal jama’ah and the philosophers. The philosophers insisted as many Muslims do today that we think with our brain.
Allah (swt) created our organs for particular functions, he (swt) created ears for us to hear, he created eyes for us to see, and it is their right over us that we see and hear and smell only what Allah (swt) permits us and ordered us.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever of you sees an evil deed should change it with his hand [by acting], or if he cannot do that, then with his tongue [by speaking out], or if he cannot do that, then with his heart - and that is the weakest of faith."

Verily Allah (SWT) sent the Messenger Muhammad (saw) as a Rahmah-mercy for Mankind. Through him Allah (SWT) revealed the Qur’an, which contains many lessons for us in the narratives of the previous Messengers. The struggle of Ibraheem (as) against the tyrant of his time, Nimrod, is not dissimilar to the situation in which the Muslims find themselves in after the 11th September 2001. Ibraheem (as)’s life is also significant to this time of year when millions of Muslims make the annual Hajj-pilgrimage to Makkah. We hope to reflect on some of the lessons below insh'Allah.
Undoubtedly, Islaam and the Shari'ah have reached new heights in the United Kingdom, Muslim communities up and down the country have brought forth a culture and system that is not only superior to the British way of life but also a shining example of what true subservience to Almighty God can bring to a society drowning in disbelief and oppression.
Recent months have been particularly debilitating for the British population who have struggled to get by as basic necessities such as food, clothing and shelter have become more cumbersome to obtain. The MPs' expenses scandal that shocked the nation unfortunately also demonstrates the cruel indifference the British government has towards its citizens and moreover how they appear to be more concerned with wasting public money on personal frivolities than investing it for the betterment of society.
As a result of this perpetual malaise, Islam4UK with the help of sincere Muslims launched a series of Islamic Roadshow's that provided a real answer to the problems faced by the British community; with over 16 different locations already hit including, Birmingham, Slough, Lewisham, Peckham and Green Street, approximately 70 men and women have embraced Islaam, reinforcing the dire need for Shari'ah in contemporary Britain.
In light of all this, Islam4UK would like to declare the launch of a spectacular procession that will take place on 31st October 2009.
We hereby request all Muslims in the United Kingdom, in Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff, Glasgow and all other places to join us and collectively declare that as submitters to Almighty Allaah (SWT), we have had enough of democracy and man-made law and the depravity of the British culture. On this day we will call for a complete upheaval of the British ruling system its members and legislature, and demand the full implementation of Shari'ah in Britain.
In forthcoming days, Islam4UK will also publish, as a run up to this special event, a fascinating insight into how Britain's architecture, transport and culture will be revolutionised under the Shari'ah. Watch out for articles including:

Where will the procession take place?
First Stop: House of Commons
The primary source of polytheistic legislation in Britain, the House of Commons is at the centre of Britain's oppressive law making policies; from here fallible men and women decide what should be legal and illegal. It is from this very place where the lives of millions of people in the UK are changed and it is from here where unjust wars are launched.
Islam4UK stewards and guides will be at hand to direct all attendees to the centre of the congregation from where the March for Shari'ah will officially commence.
Second Stop: 10 Downing Street
Almost 300 years old, 10 Downing Street is the official residence of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Gordon Brown, the current Prime Minister, is one of the chief figures in making laws and regulating the affairs of society. In the last few years, he has undoubtedly brought Britain down to an all new low and appears to be truly blind to the damaging impact of his oppressive bureaucracy.
After demanding the abolishment of the House of Commons Muslims will then march to 10 Downing Street, and call for the removal of the tyrant Gordon Brown from power.
Third Stop: Trafalgar Square
A site of significant historical value, Muslims will gather even more support from tourists and members of the public, making clear in the heart of London the need for Shari'ah in society.
Fourth Stop: Buckingham Palace
This is the official London residence for Britain's sovereigns including Queen Elizabeth II. Queen Elizabeth II, is undoubtedly at the source of all immoral laws in Britain; in receipt of millions of pounds in benefits from the public purse she is also the key signatory in validating all laws passed in the United Kingdom, and ultimately is the final step in which all members of parliament must pass in order for their laws and amendments to achieve fruition.
The final stop for the March for Shari'ah, Muslims in conjunction with Islam4UK will call for the complete abolishment of the British monarchy in favour of an Islamic system that provides real justice and immediate solutions to the problems faced in every borough in the United Kingdom.
